Boxing Day

• We took advantage of the gorgeous weather yesterday by going for a walk.
• I used my new lensbaby; I hadn't had to use manual settings on a camera since that photography class I took back in college.
• I may have set the ISO a little high, but I consider it a happy accident.
• We convinced Daughter to go on a walk by telling her we wanted to see what animals are outside in the winter.  It worked.
• Son needed to only hear outside before he was getting boots on.
• Husband has had that hat since Daughter was a wee lass.  That is love.
• Daughter made sure to point out that birds are outside in the winter.  
• After our walk we went home and spent time with good friends and made challah bread.
