So It Begins...

This is the third year I've tried jam making.  If the pan that I cooked the strawberries in is any indication, I think the third time is a success.  Perhaps small batch jam making is the way for me to go.  Good thing I like small batch preserving.  Today, just regular strawberry jam.  Tomorrow, strawberry vanilla jam.  The day after that, buy some strawberries.
